The Basics

Our fp SKIN customer service hours are Monday thru Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST (Pacific Standard Time). Our offices are closed weekends and all recognized US holidays. Orders are processed within 24-48 hours of completed transaction and any order that falls on a weekend or holiday will be processed on the following business day. If you have any questions regarding a recent order please submit your information in the form provided and a member of our team will get back to you as soon as possible.

Shipping & Delivery

FP Skin provides customers free domestic ground shipping via USPS Priority Mail on all orders over $50 or over 1lb.

At FP Skin we ship all domestic orders via USPS, UPS or FedEx. You will have shipping options to choose at checkout.

As shared, customer orders are processed within 24-48 business hours, however with high demand, limited edition items or carrier issues, your order may be slightly delayed. Customers will be notified via email of any pending delay. Please be sure that when you are placing your order that you submit accurate shipping information. We will ship to the address provided and are not responsible for lost or stolen packages due to incorrect shipping information. FP Skin only ships to matching billing and shipping addresses and cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.  

Delivery time is 2-3 days depending on your local post office. Orders under $50 or under 1lb, are sent USPS First Class Mail which is 3-5 day delivery. Orders are shipped same day for all orders that come in before 3 pm pacific time.

Returns

We hope that you are always satisfied with your purchase but we realize sometimes things don’t work out. If for whatever reason your product is damaged during shipment, please upload a photo of the damaged good(s) along with your order number and our support staff will review for a prompt replacement. 

For any approved return purchased directly from FP Skin, each item must be returned in its original packaging with a copy of the order receipt and/or packing slip within 14 calendar days from delivery. All item(s) must be unopened, never used and in excellent condition. Approved returns are accepted up to 7 days from the date of purchase. All packages but be delivered back to our FP Skin fulfillment center using a US carrier that provides tracking.

After receiving the unused product back, FP Skin will refund 100% of your purchase price less the cost of shipping. With any items sold at a discount from standard pricing, all sales are final. If this occurs we ask that customers submit their request for return in the form provided on this Customer Service page and we will review for consideration.
